The One-Zeterra Federation, or OZF, is an alliance that was ratified in the Year 3025, and was officially signed by four parties, originally, not including Zariaha, who founded the federation. It acts to unite a large region of the Realm, to both increase the living standards of the citizens, and give the citizenry a stronger sense of stability, in preparation for the Fourth God War.

Current Members[]

  • The Empire of Zariaha
  • The Dwarven-Elven Coalition
  • The Westerlands (The District of Silverwood no longer counts under this name, as it has been destroyed)
  • The Sandscarian Desert region of the Mainland
  • The Agdruzalian Territories (The two largest islands on either side of Kokura's Rift and the Kotanian Jungle)

Rules and Laws[]

Within the text of the OZF, a number of rules were set in place. These were mainly set so that members of the OZF cannot do grievous harm to each other, their citizens, or the world as a whole. These are to be followed as a whole, and not in any particular order.

  • Members of the OZF, both current and future, have the ability to self-govern.
  • While all states can self-govern, all members must contribute a small tax, of 3.5% of state/territory revenue, per month. While this rule is set, it is not set in stone. If you are unable to meet this, or if your contribution is unusually low, discussions may be held between said member and other members.
  • A federation armed force will be created and maintained, funded and housed by all members. Said armed force will serve and protect all members to the best of their ability.
  • If one member comes under attack, other members are encouraged, if able, to come to their aid.
  • Members must exhaust all options before engaging in highly-destructive warfare.
  • A council of all of the members will be held once every three years. However, the exact date may vary between sessions, or may be adjusted due to current events.
  • Members of the OZF must encourage others into more civil discourse, or potentially bringing other states into the fold.
  • All major issues held with other members will be discussed at the next council.
  • War declarations are to be discussed before being acted upon. This does not need to occur at a council meeting, but is not disallowed from such.
